5.0 out of 5 stars. My best winter jacket purchaseReviewed by Kristie from West Virginia on Tuesday, August 16, 2016This jacket carried me through last winter and is sure to do the same for many seasons yet to come. My fears that the color scheme would prove a bit too garish for my taste went away the moment I tried it on. The yellow grew on me surprisingly quickly and provided a great contrast to the bleakness of winter weather.
It's supremely warm for its weight and roomy enough for layering (though not necessary for running around town). Mountain Force included lots of little details in its construction that set it in a class far beyond my old Marmot and Mountain Hardware jackets. Had I not scored it on a major Dealflyer sale, it still would have been worth every penny.
