- Teak wood is an extremely dense-grained hardwood with a high oil content that's naturally resistant to moisture, rot, warp, shrinkage, splinters, mold and insects
- Three Birds Casual accepts only Grade A, plantation-grown teak to protect old-growth forests
- Products are designed using mortise and tenon joinery with locking wood dowels -- where hardware is necessary, it is of the highest quality brass or, where unseen or internal, or where extra strength is needed, stainless steel
- Furniture is hand finished to a smooth polish using ultrafine abrasive materials; no oils or waxes applied prior to delivery
- All-weather wicker mimics natural wicker in aesthetics, but is engineered to survive rigorous outdoor use
- Woven synthetic wicker covers a powder-coated aluminum frame, making it extremely strong
- Thick, plush cushions are covered in Sunbrella® fabric for resistance to UV fading, water and mildew
