It looks great with a pair of khakis and a blazer. Also have worn it untucked and with jeans. It's a good all-around shirt.
The only con I can think of is that the material is rather thin. I'm sure this will be good when summer comes. The shirt is just lighter in feel than I expected.

Fit is rather funky, limited arm movement. I usually wear an XXL, but this is a pretty small 2x. Cuffs are way big, but buttons can be reset. Sleeves are rather long.
