Sox fit like knee high hose but so snug that if my feet get puffy like they do at the end of the day would not be comfortable. Nice quality and feel but not for me and not worth expense of returning- so passed on to someone else.

However, they are not thick like athletic socks. I think they have a nice "heft" to them. I wear with topsiders. And they are fabulous. Fabric feels great.
