To my disappointment, it was way too fitted on me. Maybe an XL would have worked, but I also felt the shirt is too long for someone like me who is very short-waisted and not very tall. Besides, my husband said the pattern made his eyes feel like they couldn't focus! I still think the top is cute and would look well on a tall person who is narrow in the hips.
