2.0 out of 5 stars. Not what advertisedVerified Buyer Reviewed by Amanda from Syracuse, NY on Monday, December 17, 2018I ordered these for my husband. They are labeled "crew" socks, but when I received them they are much higher than a typical crew sock. They are more like socks for skiing rather than socks to be worn daily in the winter. Disappointed because shipping to return them would cost about the same as what I paid for the socks themselves.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Solid Hiking SocksVerified Buyer Reviewed by Red Rover from Colorado on Monday, September 24, 2018I wear size 10.5 and have an athletic / narrow foot and these fit on the tight side, which is good for hiking. The bottom of the sock is thick and supportive while the top is thinner and more breathable.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Great socksVerified Buyer Reviewed by Todd from California on Saturday, April 29, 2017Loving the fit of these socks. While they're not compression socks, the fit helps keep the swelling down on long hikes.

5.0 out of 5 stars. fit and performanceVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Minnesota on Sunday, April 16, 2017Like them a lot. I work outside starting the end of March each year. It has been in forty and fifty degree mark and these wear comfortable and even slightly warmer than needed worn with a Keen rain hiker. Not my first pair of socks with merino wool. Soon it will be the only type of sock in my drawer, including summer use.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Awesome socks!Verified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Arkansas on Monday, April 10, 2017I already had these socks in 1/4 crew. I love mine so I bought these in crew length for my husband. He loves them as much as I do. They are very cushioned and comfortable. We wear them year round. No blisters even when paired with new hiking boots. You can't go wrong with Fox River!
