it is very small - crib size - does not cover me as a small petite girl - more of a lap blanket than a blanket
it is scratchy not soft - colors of the one i received also quite dull and faded looking, not vibrant as others stated
ordered this as substitute for the shetland blanket that was sold out before my order processed
expensive mistake as it does not keep me warm -

I got it in the colors with the purple, etc. the only thing is I wanted to cut it in half to make two nice shawl/scarf things and the stripes were going the wrong way for that. Colors are every bit as gorgeous and quality the same. I like SouthWest Indian blanket colors, and this is similar. Colors are deep, rich, and tonal effect ( the turquoise is mute not bright). can be used also belted as poncho similar to Sundance catalog model. Many compliments

This blanket it is a bit stiff, course...at first, but within a few days of use? Softer cozier, becoming a part of me, lol! Very thick but somehow, lightweight! And so very warm!
It makes me very happy! And back on STP to by another!!
Get one while you can, no regrets!
