Solid, fun rodVerified Buyer Reviewed by Cameron the guy from Durango, CO on Wednesday, March 16, 2016The small 7'11" size will still load heavy lines and cast larger flies easily. Has alot of power and is rather stout all the way into the tip but is still sensitive. It also feels a little bit easier on the arm and shoulder all day over a 9ft rod if your looking into the 8W and 10W. If your looking for a change of pace from a traditional 9ft rod but don't want to sacrifice performance this rod will entertain you out on the water.

I love this rod and its so versatile....saltwater, fresh water, steelhead, salmon, bass, stripper, large stream trout......it goes on and on. Beautiful color and perfectly balanced and aligned. I saved $104 and with tax and shipping it only came to $90....ITS A NO BRAINER BUY THIS ROD!!!!
