They provide good cushioning on the bottom of the foot. I wear them when working out at a Jazzercise class. The socks stay in place and don't creep down into the shoes like socks without a cuff. They are worth buying for walking or other forms of exercise.

These fit perfectly (my running shoe size is Men's 6.5/Women's 8). They are relatively lightweight but not too thin - great for running unless you prefer a thicker, cushioned sock. I bought several more pairs. The recommended size range is Women 6-10 but I would say these would be too small for a size 10 foot. A more accurate fit range would be Women 7-9.

The fit is great, the cushioning fantastic. They did make my feet warm up more than normal... which in Michigan is not a bad thing between late fall and early spring. :)

If they are short below the ankle, they disappear in the shoe and I get rocks inside my socks. This way I don't get rocks in between my foot and the sock.
