I only wish I could be purchased queen and standard sizes too. Expensive yes, but encase it with a waterproof protector and a pillow protector under the pillow case then stick to a regular schedule of changing the covers and you'll never have to replace the pillow. I wouldn't have been able to purchase these at full price so I'm very pleased.

Either I missed the fill or the description did not include. I was looking for firm or a medium with some firmness. If you like very squishy pillows you'll like these. Not for firm support pillow lovers.
