It is small, but has ample room for a fly box and other essentials. The magnetic docks are great for storing hemostats, nippers etc... I like the fact I can easily wear it in a float tube or while kayak fishing.

I was looking for a smaller/lighter and very water resistant pack for some pack-rafting adventures and this one fit the bill. I've had a couple of sling-style packs over the years and I like the style so this one's appealing to me. With pack-rafting, lots of my gear gets fairly wet in the process so water resistant/waterproof was a big deciding factor in purchasing this. I was looking for some simplicity in a pack too. I really didn't want all the bells and whistles as this pack will be crammed into a backpack and carried all over Montana Just a solid waterproof/resistant pack with a few pockets that would last some years of fun abuse. Thus far, I haven't been disappointed at all. And the price-I haven't found any better. Thanks guys!
