I was able to stretch them after a cold wash enough that they fit, but will be sizing up to a 32 in the future if purchasing Hitl brand pants again.

30" waist and these pants measured 28.5" at the waist. I would have exchanged them for a 32" but it was not available. STP did credit me for the full amount of the purchase due to the incorrect sizing. -
