    IMHO...the neon yellow laces and the stitching on the welt doesn't look as good as in the picture. The leather uppers are kind of plasticy to the touch, at least when they are new, and they are brownish grey, not a bad colour. The translucent brownish soles are a nice touch, not sure how they will wear, they seem a bit lightweight. All in all, I regret buying this pair of Clarks, there are better options on STP in chukkas, in terms of looks and quality. I'm going to change the colour of the welt to match the leather upper, and replace the laces, and make do.
