4.0 out of 5 stars. Work well, smell badVerified Buyer Reviewed by Wen from Oklahoma on Thursday, May 19, 2016They're very comfortable, but I had to stick them in a closet for the first couple weeks I had them because they just smell really bad. They are now sitting outside and they don't smell as bad as when I first got them about 2 and a half weeks ago.

3.0 out of 5 stars. Good basic boots, but made the entire upstairs of my house smell like dill picklesVerified Buyer Reviewed by Katz from Tennessee on Friday, May 6, 2016These cost $6, and they're well-made, comfortable, basic rain boots. Since I ordered them for yard work when it's rainy, I've set them outside to air out. They do have a strong odor--I strongly recommend not leaving them in your bedroom, as I did, because it took me a day to figure out that they were the source of the odd dill-pickle smell that pervaded the second story of our house! Good value for the money, but if you're really sensitive to odors, you might want to give these a miss.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Exactly what I wantedVerified Buyer Reviewed by Pawpaw from Massachusetts on Sunday, April 10, 2016Very reasonably priced mud boots that are easy to slip on and off. These are perfect for working in the garden when it is wet outside.

3.0 out of 5 stars. Simple bootsVerified Buyer Reviewed by Jrc2116 from Idaho on Thursday, March 24, 2016First things if you have big calves these boots are NOT for you! Unfortunately I will probably just registered them to a friend because my calves are to big for them... Secondly when I opened my box the whole box stunk so bad from these boots!! The smell lingered for a couple days on everything in the box! overall though they are a well built boot!

3.0 out of 5 stars. price can't overpower how stinky and ill-fitting these areVerified Buyer Reviewed by thrifty puddlejumper from Massachusetts on Monday, March 14, 2016The stench of these boots is unbearable - even if they didn't run large I wouldn't keep them due to smell. Had to put them in the stairwell rather than keep in my apartment. Too bad, at the low low price of $10 I would have loved to keep!

3.0 out of 5 stars. Runs smallVerified Buyer Reviewed by Lou the House Elf from Lou the House Elf on Thursday, October 15, 2015Seem well constructed but only time will tell.
The soles have no padding, insole or any sort of barrier so you will want to add something for comfort.
Runs quite small. I ordered a half size up to size 7 to be safe but they are too small. For that reason I am worried the seems will start stretching and leaking quickly plus a bit uncomfortable. Would have liked to be able to wear a warm sock and slip on and off easily. -
5.0 out of 5 stars. Yea....mud boots!Verified Buyer Reviewed by CherylW from Florida on Wednesday, October 14, 2015I have wanted a pair of tough mud boots for quite some time now. We camp in the summertime in Florida and there have been times when the rain has fallen so fast, hard, and heavy that we have to stand or get around in water up to and sometimes over our ankles for several hours. These will give me more protection and much drier feet for those occasions.
