I wear a 14/16 top and am 5'8". Ordered an L. Fit is snug, but comfortable and it does stretch out a little after wearing for a while. The torso length is mid-lower hip on me and the arms are about an inch past my wrists . As another reviewer said, the seam on the arms is weird feeling, I have large arms and the seam binds a little when I bend my arm. If you have thin arms probably won't bother you. Not crazy about the look of the extra piece in the hip area, but since I'm wearing this as a 1st layer, no biggy. The panels along the sides are a different knit and have a little more give, the back hem is an inch longer, both plusses imo. The graphics are dark purple and are screen printed on, not knit in, which I find disappointing, since printed graphics often flake off after multiple washings, so we'll see if these stay on. Hence the 4 stars. Definitely wash inside out on delicate and hang dry. Got if for a great price from ST. so will keep it.

This moves with me when I run (or Netflix and chill), helps regulate my body temp, and isn't itchy at all. The sleeves stay in place, and the length keeps it from riding up the body. I love it and now want to outfit myself with SmartWool like a fangirl for a clothing company.
