I rode again at the same temperature without them and my toes were cold. I have not tried them in rain, and I hope I never have to.
I wish I would have ordered a size smaller. I wear a 44 and the respective size pursuant to the size chart is a tad big. The shoe doesn't quite fill out the shoe cover so there is a little extra material at the toe of the cover. -
