I've had two more major quality issues. Another mounting clip sheared off and then the entire mounting system just fell off mid ride. These are just plain dangerous - save your money and don't risk injury!

However the organizational pockets work great for my laptop and notebooks. The top mounting clip snapped the first time I used the bag -- a real surprise since Blackburn is usually high quality -- but they immediately sent out a replacement when I called. They said it wasn't a known issue so I'm hoping that won't happen again. Given the very low price I paid, I'll keep it for around town use.
