4.0 out of 5 stars. Quality bag with some shortcomingsVerified Buyer Reviewed by jb from CO on Tuesday, March 8, 2016I've been using this bag for commuting or hauling stuff for the past few months. I often bring carry it on easy training rides on my way to/from work. It's stable, but doesn't allow a lot of space for a helmet even when partially full. You extend the collar upwards to add volume or let out the compression straps. But increasing the height will further hinder head space. The straps could use some type of retainer system to keep them from flapping. I don't think I've seen this on other bags, but going from a single strap messenger bag to a pack with 5 straps, you hear or feel them flapping all the time. The extendable collar can be annoying; it constantly unfurls when I remove items when it's fully stuffed, which exposes the velcro holding it in place. But if I'm carrying a sweater then it's just going to get snagged on said velcro. Not perfect but it's a closeout and Chrome has updated it, so what do want? A deal? Then buy one. Improved version? Then go to Chrome or your LBS.
