4.0 out of 5 stars. Solar LampVerified Buyer Reviewed by Mushroom Momma from Indiana on Friday, August 12, 2016Heavy construction, very good quality. I am rating it a 4 due to dimness of bulb...not enough to read by.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Good night lightVerified Buyer Reviewed by Svelte9 from California on Tuesday, August 2, 2016The curvature of lamp, at top, makes it easy to transport. If you use it indoors, it will need to be recharged every couple days. Inside home, it is a good night light. Have not used outdoors.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Nice!Verified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Nevada on Saturday, July 9, 2016I got 2 of these for general use around the house both inside and outside. They work great inside when an outlet isn't handy or outside on the deck. Not real bright which I like. Enough light to see what's going on but not so bright you have to squint. Well made and robustly built, they should last for years.

5.0 out of 5 stars. I Like It!Verified Buyer Reviewed by shariuno from San Francisco, California on Saturday, May 21, 2016I've given away a couple of these, now; so far no reports of a breakdown. I charge mine up during the day, then in the evening use it as a "free" (solar powered) little light in an otherwise dark hallway. Saving energy really floats my boat. Not to mention, lessens the chance that I'll trip in the dark.

5.0 out of 5 stars. I LOVE this!Verified Buyer Reviewed by shariuno from San Francisco on Tuesday, April 19, 2016It charges up nicely during the day, and is then available for reading, or just a pleasant, gentle light as dusk falls. Because I live in a very damp climate, I bring mine inside at night and put it back out again in the morning. The glass shade is very attractive, the lamp appears to be durable (time will tell), the on / off switch works well. I'm glad I got it ... I had my doubts, but would do it again.

4.0 out of 5 stars. NICE for the priceVerified Buyer Reviewed by walkabout from WI on Sunday, January 10, 2016Description is a lacking details - so here's a few that might be helpful ... Lamp has a screw in LED bulb and even comes with an extra one. (A good thing - since I'm not sure how readily available new bulbs would be. It's an unfamiliar base size to me. Not standard or "night light" - about half way between and extra long.) It's not very bright - and definitely a cool not warm white - like most solar path lights you see. It is bright enough to read by however, (if it's not very fine print!) It has 3 little panels in the base, and an easy to use on off switch. What I like BEST is that it charges when light is off (it might charge when on too - haven't tested that, since really no use to HAVE it on when sun is out - no light sensor for auto on/off.) This is a nice feature - since you can get a good charge going even when many mostly cloudy days - by letting it go a few days before using it. Auto on/off is great for landscape lights - but being able to choose when you want this light on is perfect. Base is pretty heavy, but glass shade is too. it's fine on a hard flat surface, but could be tippy otherwise. Not sure how well it'd stand up alone in big wind. I have used the decorative scrolly part and bungies to anchor it to a fence - JUST in case! (windy and winter here) It's been fun to charge it outside - then bring it INSIDE at night for some "free" lighting. For around twenty bucks on sale - a great a little lamp.
