Note: Measurements in inches. Waist: Measurement is taken at the top of the hipbone over shirt (not over pants). Tape should only be held snug, do not hold tape tight. Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping tape firmly under your armpits and around your shoulder blades. Hold tape level and firmly but not tight. If your measurements are in between those listed in the size chart, pick the next larger size.

I am very happy that I found these "performance" tees with pockets. They fit great, a lot lighter than the 100% cotton and the array of color choices are great! These are great to use on hot days.
I'm 5'11", weigh 199 and find that the Large size is perfect. -

He does XL or 2XL in letter sizes. With Dickies he seems to be between XL and 2XL. For the knit tees and longsleeve we got him XL and it fits fine. He could have done just as well with 2XL though, I think. When he keeps up with sit-ups the XL is good, but if you have a little flab for the same sizing, I'd go with 2XL.
Quality is very good, and colors are true to advertising. We also got the longsleeve version in safety orange and it is awesome! He looks great outside doing chores. -
