It provides good uplift & there is no movement when exercising. I don't think I would order the same size again. I followed the fitting chart guidelines.

No support of any kind, but well made, breathable and sized right. They have held up well through several washes. My only complaint is that the removable pad is visible because the bra fabric is thin.
