5.0 out of 5 stars. Cute Water Shoe, Great PriceVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Texas on Thursday, August 25, 2016I noticed some other reviewers just wore these on dry land, so I wanted to review them as water shoes. The Vulc N Vent work great in the water! The soles aren't very thick and don't have a ton of traction like sportier shoes, but they protect your feet and allow water to vent in and out quite well. The fact that they're cute (unlike most water shoes, which look like something out of some weird underwater sci-fi movie) is an added bonus! The red shoes were out of my size, so I had to get gray, which looked surprisingly great in person! I ordered this size I usually wear and found the shoes to be true to size. Recommended!

2.0 out of 5 stars. Weird Fit - Very LongVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Washington, DC on Sunday, June 26, 2016I am a solid women's 12 even a 12Wide This shoe was way to big for me. The toe box was way to big. It honestly felt like a clown shoe with room for an extra set of toes. Unfortunately, I had to return them.

3.0 out of 5 stars. Comfy, But Needs ImprovingVerified Buyer Reviewed by Casual Cool Bargain Hunter from Colorado on Monday, May 23, 2016The colors of the navy are very attractive. The insole is surprisingly more cushioned than one would expect. The fit is a bit too long and a bit too narrow as my foot looks like it's spilling over the sides. However, wearing them all day did not hurt the sides of my feet. The mesh is somewhat see-through so that you can see the color of socks, but one could still hide their toes if worn without socks. The soles are slippery on smooth dry floors. I purchased the Columbia Vulc N Vent Lace-Ups for summer wear, but I did not determine how they perform in wet conditions. I am glad to have purchased this version of the shoe for a little cheaper even as the newer versions have different soles. For me, these are durable shoes which protect my feet while still being breathable.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Good Casual ShoesVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Los Angeles on Tuesday, April 5, 2016I bought the shoes for causal dry land walking because I liked the idea of the cool, mesh material. Because of the mesh, it is a bit rough, but not uncomfortable, hence the 4 star rating. Sizing is true to size. I don't plan to use these as water shoes so I will not be able to comment on that.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Nice water shoe. Runs true to size.Reviewed by Prk311 from Mid-Michigan on Thursday, November 5, 2015Nice, lightweight lace up water shoe, without that rubber "water shoe" look. Has soft, vented removable sole insert for quick drying. These don't have a slip proof bottom so I'm not sure they would work for walking over rocks in the water but they will be great for beach combing. I have a very narrow heel and these have a little excess fabric in that area for me but I fix that by just tying the laces tighter. Recommend.
