My only complaint about this dress is that the border that crosses in the front doesn't continue along the back of the dress, it stops at the shoulder, which looks a little strange. Also, this dress is cut for well endowed women, which is why they chose the model they did.

It is very flattering and not too revealing - the neckline makes this dress able to go anywhere. Sleeves were long enough, and dress was the right length. It might be a bit long on someone shorter.

I haven't washed it yet, and it's still new so it remains to be seen how well it holds up.The tag was cut out but seems to be Banana Republic. The V is a little low on me, probably because I'm a full DD. in my 30s and 40s I would have worn this unabashedly, but with my aging neck I prefer a cami under it, a sort of modesty panel. On the other hand the densely woven fabric compliments my aging shape, emphasizing what little waist I have, clinging a bit to the hips and butt in a sexy way, body con, but not a glove. Even out of shape as I am I feel great in this dress. A great inexpensive closet basic. It's a great backdrop to your accessory collection - chunky earrings, cuff bracelet, silk twill scarf. This is a 3 season dress, not suitable to summer. I am 150#, 5'3", 57 YO.
