I was afraid it would not fit everything for my day trips but it sure has. The fit is nice on my Waist/hip. I can actually adjust it easy and the chest strap adjusts I love that!
This pack fully loaded does not even feel heavy. The color is really nice contrast does not look manly or girly. -

- hip belt is removable. For commuting and lite day hiking, i remove the hip belt. For scrambling, i use the hip belt
- lots of pockets for organizing
- great ventilation. I was initially sceptical but am now a believer in their VP system
- feels great on the pack, don't really know that it is there
- included rain cover is awesome (wish all backpacks came with this feature)
- 24L is the ideal size for day hiking. took me a hike to figure out what size works best
- quality and workmanship is super - zippers never present a problem - fabrics seem to handle handling very well

I agree with the other comment that this pack fits someone that has longer torso but I'm still happy with the price and functionalities. I'm 5'3".
