DisappointingReviewed by Anonymous from Pacific NW on Thursday, February 25, 2016Overall, could be pretty, decent draping.....but 1) the material is scratchy, like blanket or upholstery fabric. It would bother me a lot if I wore it out somewhere. I could see feeling uncomfortable especially around the neckline 2) If you are petite or small boned, this poncho overwhelms. I am 5'1&1/2", 112lbs, 34D I wear smalls & mediums in tops but purchased the Small because the poncho looks roomy even on the model. There was more than enough fabric across the front & the whole thing was too long on me. 3) the pale color and unadorned front looked made me look very washed out. I have a wonderful Pure Handknit poncho from STP and another (also an STP find) by Ethyl & love them. This one just wasn't for me. fyi....the sides come together with a single sturdy snap on each side.

Still, when the temps dip all the way down into the 50's, we south landers feel a chill! This poncho is the perfect extra layer over a long sleeved tee shirt, turtle neck or a cowl necked top. It hangs just perfectly and doesn't impede any movement or get in the way while having dinner. I originally ordered the one in gray/black, but liked it so much that I ordered the tan one as well. Getting it on one of my Dealflyer specials made it extremely affordable!
