I am still in search of an inexpensive winter hat. I live in Maryland and the winters are not usually bitter. this hat would be good for the fall or windy spring day. THIS IS NOT A WINTER HAT. you can feel the wind through the fabric. FYI, all Sherpa fleece is not created equal

The colors and knitted design are cute. There's a lot of excess material in the top from stitching together so much material, which adds to how goofy it looks, but for the warmth, I'll deal with that.
