4.0 out of 5 stars. Commuter Bag With Mountain SwagVerified Buyer Reviewed by Roaming Rich from Illinois on Wednesday, June 1, 2016Love the look and design of the bag. It's a nice size. Not too big, not too small. Lots of organization pockets for things commuters typically carry. My favorite feature is the padded top flap. I often sit on the metal stairs on a train into the city. It's a nice to have an easy solution for staying clean and comfy on the dirty train. Only drawback is the shoulder straps. They tend to slip off my shoulders if I don't use the chest strap. If this had an over-the-shoulder type messenger strap, I'd give it 5 and a half stars.

2.0 out of 5 stars. Lacking volumeVerified Buyer Reviewed by Minnesota Bike Commuter from Minnesota on Wednesday, May 11, 2016I ordered this pack as a replacement for my commuter backpack that isn't weather resistant. Very disappointed. While the pack is definitely stylish it lacked some features I was looking for.
The top pocket access is in an awkward location and was not easy to access, nor was it able to accommodate much. The outer body pocket was the same. When anything was added both push the contents inward. That diminished the interior volume.
While the side access for laptops and pocket size is ample this was yet another place where any extra volume gets pushed to the interior.
I'd hoped to carry my laptop, clothes and shoes for the day, a lunch bag and my bike lock. When I got the pack loaded I was short on room.
Too bad as I really liked the look. -
4.0 out of 5 stars. Well designed, well made.Verified Buyer Reviewed by Prof. KO from Connecticut on Friday, March 4, 2016I bought this backpack because after surgery I have to use a walker to get around - with my laptop.
The computer 'pocket' on this backpack is both easier to access and better padded than the briefcase it is replacing.
Only suggestion for improvement - an outside mesh pocket for a water bottle.
