The items I ordered (placed three orders) were placed in a box with no packing materials. By the time I received them things were bent, enamel was chipped...awful job with shipping. These were Easter gifts so I apologized for the condition instead of trying to return....This will probably be my last order with Sierra

Top rack all the way up, still a no go !! : ( I hated to return them, but when something makes more work in the kitchen, it has to go !!! All items were quality, beautiful and different.
