I can also carry a hemostat in the second pouch in the holster. Don't notice I have them with me unless I need them. Perfect.

However there are two things I can't figure out: The handle has a strange protrusion; it looks like it is supposed to be a finger guard but I couldn't quite use it without feeling awkward. Second the pliars don't really fit into the nylon sheath.
Despite these shortcomings, the price with an extra discount is unbeatable, and the quality so good, that I am ordering another pair!
