5.0 out of 5 stars. So far, so goodVerified Buyer Reviewed by Sheila from Upstate NY on Thursday, December 31, 2015These seem to be breaking in nicely with about town and walking use. I haven't done a serious hike in them yet, but they seem to fit wonderfully like Merrell's always do for me. I'm also finding that different weight socks are no problem because the laces can be adjusted so well.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Nice looking hiking shoe!Verified Buyer Reviewed by roberb from Searcy, AR. on Thursday, December 3, 2015Merrell has always been a comfortable shoe for me and I have owned several different kinds. They all have the comfort heel system and fit for a woman's foot shape. I wear a 6 and a half in regular shoes but always get a 7 in Merrell's and they fit just fine. These hiking shoes are well made and appealing in color, I got the sage ones, and are very comfortable.

3.0 out of 5 stars. Fit didn't work for meVerified Buyer Reviewed by Dog Knows from Oregon on Monday, November 30, 2015These were a nice looking shoe, but the fit didn't work for me. They fit correctly in the forefoot, but slipped up and down on my heel. Tried a heavier pair of socks, but that didn't help. A smaller size would have been too short. I'm sure they would have worn a blister if I'd tried to wear them. I have a average width foot.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Great Merrell hiking shoes for Michigan wintersVerified Buyer Reviewed by Babette the traveler from east lansing on Monday, November 9, 2015These shoes fit me like my other Merrells. They are very comfortable and I am sure I will get a lot of use out of them when winter comes. I plan to wear them on snowy and/or slushy days. I much prefer low boots to high boots, because I can wear them comfortably all day. I spend a lot of my work day on my feet so I need shoes that won't let me down.
