It comes up fairly high, but it actually looks like part of the tshirt or blouse and adds style. It is a little more complicated to put on because of the "eye-catching half-moon open-back detail," which requires arranging things in order to put it on. My only complaint is that it is marketed as organic, but on the attached cardboard tag the box for organic is not checked.
