I have been buying this brand for years, and can heartily depend on a size 8.5. In this model, the 8.5 ran short and cramped my toes--have to return them. I'm afraid to go up a size as they would probably be too big everywhere else. Bummer.

But after 10 minutes in my dance aerobics class I was loving them. Comfortable, cushy, very stable when turning. They would be a solid 5 star if the color was not so very loud.

I was reminded by a lingering injury the gel trainers address my overpronation and the neutral trail shoes do not. I bought another pair of gel trainers and they feel great. They have enough traction for the trails I run.
