It takes a bit of maneuvering to adjust the straps and internal soft bra. Perhaps it's my arthritic shoulders and short arms, but I have a hard time getting everything pulled up and laying flat in the back! Although it's not a problem for me, it would not be good for larger busted women, the height of the bust part would not be tall enough to prevent spillage.

I ordered it in a small originally, but exchanged it, as it was so tight it caught my breath. I am a size 4, 36C. I returned it for a medium, which is perfect. Its long in front, with a curved silhouette, which makes you look skinny, and doesn't ride up when you turn upside down. Total winner!
