Giving it 4 stars rather than 5 because it falls away when you go upside down, so you have to pull it down or wear a camisole or something underneath if you don't want your torso showing.

Shelf bra fits nicely, but now the shirt won't stay put during yoga due to the stretching so not sure how useful this will be. I'm not sure if sizing down would help, I think the bra would be too small if I did that.
