I followed the size chart on the page. I normally wear a 9, purchased 9.5, but still tight. Had difficulty pulling the strap onto my ankle. so, I assume a 10 would probably fit better. If you look to closely, you can see the faulty construction. But otherwise its a frugal attempt on a decent looking pump.
