They are extremely lightweight for boots, not at all clunky. They also have sleek appearance, which is rare for a winter boot. This is all because of the Thinsulate technology, which I hadn't realized means the boot can be much thinner than normal for the same warmth. They come with two lace colors, the tan and a very nice red. They were also a perfect fit, true to size.
