The sleeves are TIGHT, not at all like the model wearing it. The whole thing is a little tight for the size. It might be great if you order up a size, but I decided not to mess with the shipping costs. I wear a size medium in every Marmot jacket and top I have. This one fit like a small.

The sleeve length was nice and long. I have long arms. The fabric was much thinner than I expected, so I did wind up returning it. Money is very tight or I would have kept it.
