    These boots are solid & beautiful. The green suede is so unique and nice quality. They lace up high & tight on my lower calf & feel super-supportive for my weak/vulnerable ankle and heel. And...they came with an alternate set of shoelaces. I feel fortunate to have found these in my size on clearance!!

  • Not Grippy Soles

    These boots claim to have a "grippy rubber outsole," but the traction in winter is disappointing. On snow and especially ice, they feel slippery and unreliable, making you walk cautiously to avoid slipping. While they are somewhat comfortable, the outsole simply doesn't provide the grip the brand advertises. Fine for dry conditions, but not great for icy winter weather.

    Not a winter boot.

  • Very narrow and tight

    These appear to be very well made and nice looking boots, but I have worn a size 8 for 50+ years and these are NOT size 8! Super narrow and very tight. Wish they would fit because they are a great looking boot, exactly the style I was looking for. They just won't fit.
