I have the Mizuno Wave and I loved them. The simplicity is the same - which I love! However, it's the heel and tab height that is the issue with this style/show.
The comfort level is amazing. It was like walking on a cloud. The support was good, too. The toebox is a little too narrow, but with the knit fabric, I was sure it would stretch and be fine. After walking around the house, I knew I was going to return all 3 pair. The heel was rubbing my ankle and back of the heel in such a way, that I knew they'd be uncomfortable to wear all day and walk for long periods of time. I am a Special Ed teacher and I wear sneakers every day of the school year. I can not take a chance on these and hope they would soften up and stretch out a tish.
I like this brand, I like the simplicity and the comfort, I just didn't like the design of this particular model. I am hoping STP will continue to carry this brand and I will attempt a different style at that time.
I normally wear an 8.5 and I ordered these in my size, again, this model and toebox run a little more narrow that the Wave.
