  • 5.0 out of 5 stars. Great shoe if you are experiencing knee pain.

    Very therapeutic running shoe.

I'm about 40+lbs overweight, and running was causing me a lot of knee and hip joint pain--even radiating to my lower back. But, these shoes changed all that. I feel no discomfort during the run or afterwards while wearing these shoes. I highly recommend them.

When I say these shoes are therapeutic, I mean they cured my residual knee pain that just lingered into my everyday life. I was really worried that my running days were over and that I would be looking forward to some knee joint replacement surgery in the future. But, my knees feel great again.

The foam cushions is so thick, I feel like I'm 2" taller. It does give you a little bounce when running. You'll feel faster, but in reality, it won't improve your speed.
  • 3.0 out of 5 stars. Impossible to put on

The shoes are not the traditional laced sneakers, you have to pull them on with all your might. I wear size 5.5-6 depending on the brand. Ordered this sneakers in size 6, the fit was perfect, however, the amount of time and energy to put them on is not worth it. I have small narrow feet, wore the sneakers around the house only, appeared to be comfortable and stylish.
  • 3.0 out of 5 stars. Super cushion, terrible blisters
Reviewed by Science Geek from MI on Sunday, September 20, 2026
I was looking for a shoe with a lot of cushion to help with my shin splints. These shoes feels like running on a springy cloud! However, about a half-mile in, the rubbing on the back of my heels was unbearable and by the time I got home, I had opened up 2 painful blisters. I tried shorter walks after that with heel pads, bandaids, or thicker socks to get them broken-in, but to no avail. I replaced them with different shoes for running and keep these around for times when I need to stand in place for a long time or walk short distances (aka. Teaching)
