3.0 out of 5 stars. not for raftingReviewed by Ready Rafter from Colorado on Tuesday, April 13, 2010Bought this vest for a raft trip down the Salt River. While it is USCG approved, rated type III, and quite durable, I was told it is no good for heavy white water rafting and would not be approved by the rangers on some rivers. I wish I had noticed that this vest is made for skiing not rafting. Now I will have to buy something else.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Tough VestVerified Buyer Reviewed by erobrie from Chattanooga, TN on Monday, January 4, 2010I think this vest will be ideal for cool/colder outings in the canoe-definately tough. I think it's a bit heavy because of the outside covering-but overall easy to adjust and secure. Plus it's cute!!
- Best Uses: Boating
- Chest Size: Feels true to size
- Cons: Too Hot

- Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Highly Adjustable
