The shoes are nice, they are durable, they are comfortable, they probably add an inch or more to your height. The sizes listed on Sierra seem pretty far off assuming these are the same shoes listed on the Marshalls website.
I wear a 10.5 mens US shoe size. Sierra shows the European size that would be equivalent to a US 10.5 as being a 45 (10-10.5). I bought a 44 from Marshalls and it feels more like a size 11. It's OK but there is a lot of room for my foot to move around. I've since ordered a 43 because I think that is probably the best match to a mens US 10.5. If you are buying these on Sierra, I'd suggest buying two European sizes down from what Sierra suggest when you look at the sizing.
Since it looks like these shoes are no longer made by p448, it can be hard to find consistent online information on sizing but after trying them on, I'd peg the European size 43 as the closest map to a mens 10.5. A 44 would be a size 11 and a 45 would likely be an 11.5-12.
