STP resent a new one, but it had a similar bluish stain, though in a less obvious place, so I kept it, hoping it will wash out. It's not clear whether this is a result of dirt that rubbed off on the fold, or what, but two out of two suggests "seconds" to me. The matching pillow shams (separate order),however, were fine.
