5.0 out of 5 stars. A Steal at this price!!!!Reviewed by Buck Henry from Atlanta GA on Tuesday, February 18, 2020These boots are an absolute steal at this low price. As usual, I ordered a half size down with Chippewa's and they fit perfect. All I could find on these boots that I assume made them a factory second is a minor blemish in the leather near the top of the boot shaft which no one will ever see but me. Other than that they look and feel amazing. These are very utilitarian boots, but look great with jeans or black khakis.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Perfect! Nothing Factory 2nd About Them!Verified Buyer Reviewed by DanceFaery from California on Thursday, February 6, 2020I got these boots for my husband because they are such a great buy. Check out the company's website to see the retail price of over 6 times what they are listed for on Sierra. They are marked as Factory 2nds, but we could not find anything wrong with them. Guessing it was because they are only offered in such small sizes, which was perfect for my husband who wears a men's 8. They fit him perfectly, and look great with jeans and dress shirts for work. Couldn't be happier.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Great boots! Semi-small defect but worth the price!Verified Buyer Reviewed by P. Palumbo from Maryland on Friday, January 24, 2020Firstly, I got these for $69.99 which did not make sense until I noticed they are factory 2nds. As soon as they arrived I looked for defects and, to the boot's credit, it did take me sometime to notice it. The welt stitching on the right boot doesn't stay flush with the toe. It's maybe a little less than a quarter inch away from where it should run but I noticed it was much more apparent from the top (my view) than the front or side (anyone else's view).
I wear size 9 sneakers and these in 8.5. They are tiny bit big with a little heel slippage but fit perfect after I added a thin foam insert which they definitely need since they aren't very cushioned at all. The leather is beautiful! I'm about halfway through breaking them in but they already feel pretty great to walk in.
I'm not sure what blemishes other pairs might have but quality-wise these are 10/10 and even with the defect on mine they're still pretty much 10/10 in looks. 9/10 upon close inspection. Based on the quality alone $69.99 is practically thievery and I'm surprised Sierra is letting us get away with! -

5.0 out of 5 stars. Great dealReviewed by Rich from Minnesota on Wednesday, February 13, 2019Nice boots, polishable, slightly dressy, great with a Class A or B uniform. Made in USA and at a good price.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Murdered Out Service BootsVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Texas on Sunday, January 27, 2019These boots are awesome. I had been looking for a good pair of all black Vibram soled boots, and these fit the bill. Very little break in time, and if these are seconds, I couldn’t tell why. I wear a 9.5 EE in Red Wing Iron Rangers, and ordered these in 10 D. They fit perfectly.

5.0 out of 5 stars. GreatReviewed by Anonymous from Duluth, MN on Friday, October 12, 2018Just what I was looking for and at a great price. Well made, solid, and simple boots. Cannot find a blemish on them. People say order a half size down. I did. Normally wear a 9 in US or 42 in Euro. Ordered a 8.5 US. It fits well but with a thin sole insert I will ony be able to wear a thin to maybe maybe medium weight sock once boots are worn in more. I do have higher arches but my toes are near enough to the end of the boot that I would say they run more true to size in my opinion. I have lots of boots from work, to backpacking, to biker, hiking and general winter hunting boots. If you plan on putting a decent sole insert in them and want a thicker sock option order your normal size. I live in northern Minnesota so warmth can be a concern. I kept them because there were no size 9 left to exchange and the price was a steal. The 8.5 will work well anyways and very comfortable. I like the 3/4 height as well compared to calf length boots.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Awesome boots for the money!Reviewed by Anonymous from Seattle on Saturday, September 22, 2018I’ve been lusting over some American made classic boots for a while now, but usually can’t justify the price...until these puppies showed up at Sierra. While they have a few blemishes upon close inspection, it’s nothing that a bit of Lincoln black shoe polish couldn’t take care of, and boots don’t stay pristine for long anyway. Once polished, they are dead sexy and even look good with wool trousers (though I usually sport jeans). If you need a pair of great classic black boots, get these!

5.0 out of 5 stars. Great all around bootVerified Buyer Reviewed by Ozark Okie from Oklahoma on Monday, June 18, 2018As everyone said order one half size down so I got a great fit as my Winter Chippewa's are 8 1/2 but are insulated.
Nice leather well made boot comfortable I wear light weight wool socks with mine and feet stayed cool.
A little squeak in the leather but some Obbenauf's L P leather conditioner fixed that. -
