5.0 out of 5 stars. High quality for such a low priceReviewed by Anonymous from Southwest Pennsylvania on Tuesday, May 28, 2019I have 8 of these reels in the TH20 and TH30 sizes and plan to order a few more. I use these primarily for bass and walleye and have no complaints. Smooth as expected for an 11 BB reel. The drag is very smooth with very precise adjustment. Guys with $200 reels comment on the weight, which is about one oz more than theirs but I don't notice it. The TH20 pulls about 21" of line per turn of handle and the TH30 is about an inch more, which is considerably less than some of the high ratio reels out there, but again, it's fine for the way I use these. My guess is that some of the components, like the ball bearings, may be of lower quality since from China, and machining tolerances may not be as precise, but for the average fisherman or weekend anglers those things don't matter. Buy this reel with confidence. It is a "5-star inexpensive reel", but would only rate at 3 to 4 stars if I paid over $100 due to weight, retrieve ratio, and a few other features found on high-end reels. Also, there are you-tube videos (from Quantum) showing features like the solid aluminum body etc. that are worth watching. Those videos are what convinced me to buy 8 of them.
