5.0 out of 5 stars. Pleasantly surprisedVerified Buyer Reviewed by The Ratpick from Los Angeles on Friday, March 30, 2012For the incredibly reasonable price I paid for this I wasn't expecting to be blown away, just hoping it would work. But was surprised at the quality of the rack, it's adjustable front mounts, the bag itself and the quick release attatchment. This works well, carries all clothes and food I need for commuting to work. Allowed plenty of clearance for my heel too. Haven't used rain covers yet, but they're included!

5.0 out of 5 stars. Nice Rack!Verified Buyer Reviewed by Coach McGuirk from Chicago, IL on Monday, March 26, 2012Not too difficult to install but as others have mentioned, there are no instructions included. A quick interwebs search on the Google will turn up a PDF instruction sheet. Otherwise take your time and you will figure it out.
The rack itself is built like a tank. The SnapIt system that the bag uses is ingenious. Very easy to ride around town and quickly snap off the panniers and carry them into the grocery.- Best Uses: Commuting

4.0 out of 5 stars. Bike rack and panniersReviewed by CBM from Maryland on Thursday, March 22, 2012After removing this from the box I discovered it did not come with instructions. I found the instructions on another website. Then I discovered that the roundstays were about an inch to short and the screws would not fit my bike. Thus far I have not got it fully installed. The bags on the other hand are pretty straight forward despite also not coming with instructions. The main problem is figuring out where the plastic inserts go. I found the pocket on the inside of the back on the side. It is covered by a small velcro piece. The plastic is goes down the side wraps around the bottom and up the other side so there is a fair amount of pressure that you must exert on the plastic to get it to push through.
- Best Uses: Commuting
- Cons: Lack of instructions, Missing Hardware, Tough to Install
- Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational
- Pros: Durable, Seems to be high quality

4.0 out of 5 stars. A great product, but missing partsVerified Buyer Reviewed by MB5 from Phoenix, AZ on Friday, February 24, 2012I had to find the mounting instructions online which showed the parts that were missing.
The install was relatively easy, the most difficult part being cutting the roundstay to size as I did not want to bend them.
The plastic piece in the paniers slides into a pocket to give them shape.
I had to move the rack to the rear braze-ons as my heel was catching on the paniers, so if you only have one set that may be an issue.
Rack is stamped 25KG weight limit which is closer to 55lbs, but according to Ortlieb USA that was a manufacturing error and they are good to 30kg, or the approx. 66lbs stated on the site.- Best Uses: Commuting, Mountain Bikes
- Cons: Instructions not included, Missing parts
- Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational
- Pros: Easy to Use, Lightweight
