They’re very well padded so I didn’t get any blisters which was amazing but I did have to to tear this insoles out to put my own orthotics in. There was just no arch support! and the shoes are not even actually stitch together. It’s just glue. I could pull them back together. It’s just a pain buy a different brand. -
