Terrible Sierra.com experience buying RYKA shoes !Reviewed by NOT AGAIN ! from NY on Sunday, November 9, 20252 of my orders have been cancelled - 7 pairs of shoes in total - including those shoes. 3 pairs were intended for me for my Birthday - which is today. Customer services reply : "There are a few things you can try to fix this. You can either: place the order on a new device; place the order on the same device, but on a different browser; or you can place the order using your current setup, but clear your browser's cache. Please know that if you use the last option, your cart will empty" . Both orders went through right away , payments were made - and orders were cancelled some time after - nowhere close to Customer Service explanation. Looks like I should keep trying and enjoy it ! Between 2-3 hours have been wasted for shopping at Sierra.com. Unacceptable !
