For those times when we cannot we have simple Xero and Vivobarefoot sandals (adult and kids). However, our 7 year old is an avid bicyclist (BMX/trick riding) so the sandals can trip him up. These are zero drop, lightweight, super flexible, roomy, and allow airflow due to the mesh uppers. We’ve only had them for about two weeks. They are definitely scuffed up, but are holding up well. Only time will tell, but they seem well made. Also, two weeks without socks haven’t left an odor, but these are washable so that’s a plus! I’ve ordered 3 more pairs for the rest of our crew!
