Everything about the shoes is great. Except for the fact the carbon plates did not come like described. I emailed customer service about this and was told they would take the shoes back but they would not do anything else. Which is a bummer but not a deal breaker. -

First time using the Boa system and it works well for micro adjustments. Light weight and comfortable but I just started using them. A size 11 normally fits me perfectly and I had to get a size 10 with these.
